Crestwood Suites - High Point

The hotel is located in the business district. Close to restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. Nothing spectacular but children and pets are both welcome. Just be sure to plan activities elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and courteous. It is perfect for the business traveler.

The hotel was less than even good. When I checked in the staff was friendly but that was the last time. I asked for housecleaning to come to my room and I got this response "We don't do daily cleanings, only upon request, I'll see what I can do." The front desk lady was very nasty. I told her that I was requesting a cleaning and it never happened, they didn't even take out the trash or replace towels. There were strange stains on the sheets and pillow cases, the curtains also had white crusty stains all over them. I was afraid to touch much of anything in the room. For the price and for one night it was adequate. The bedding could be much improved. Better quality of blankets and sheets. Also more seating and cleaner chair covering would have been nicer. I was afraid to sit in the one chair in the room. ...read more

Miserable location and staff.

This hotel was neat and clean and perfect for short stays. I only stayed one night, but it was just right if I needed to stay for 3 or 4. The room was very comfortable for a single traveler.
